Some players request for a weather tool so here is it.
Very basic C#.

This changes the weather of the gta_sa.exe procces from this user.
What i mean is, if you already opened a GTA in other windows account, then open in your normal windows account, you will change the weather in your current user.

No, only if you make a SS, and then you give to an admin in that time, and he got dusty weather and you sunny :xD: :xD::xD: :xD: :xD::xD:
