Help Where can i find SAMP opcodes?

Hello, im learning to script cleo and im reading the source code of random scripts i found here.

Where can I find opcodes like this:

SAMP.RegisterClientCommand()

SAMP.IsPlayerConnected

Is there any list or something?

Also when I try to use them in sunnybuilder 3 i get this:

Incorrect expression 0@ = SAMP.RegisterClientCommand().
One of the variables has an unknown type, or the operands are incompatible.
