How to fix black bars on my videos on youtube when I'm uploading

Change resolution ratio.
Something like 1280 x 720 will work fine.
You probably got something like 1280x1024, and youtube can stretch your video

Because of the video ratio.
You got 4:3 you need something like 16:9..

Use sony vegas, disable resample.

Use sony vegas and then disable "Keep aspect ratio" Then move it in the editer so the black bars don't appear.

Look it up on youtube.

Try PlayClaw, is better then fraps, better quality/size.
