For fix the warnings, you should remove some cleo. For select the target/player with + or -, you need DISABLE "Use Nearest Player" from menu.

How to show bot's dialogs? to register bots in servers

You can't show bot's dialigs, BUT you can register bots in server with another way .

Join in server with new nickname (without respond to the dialogs, this is IMPORTANT),
Connect a bot,
Enable "Bot Follow",
Go to "Bot Advanced Options" and enable "Copy RPC (commands, chat, etc..)",
Now try to respond to the dialogs for register in server, and bot will be registered.
If you can't use the menu because of dialog, try to hold down F10.
