Elite Mod Sa v1.3 DevEdition​

 Mod sobeit with new cheats compatible with samp version 0.3.7 and for windows XP, its tested with windows 7 ultimate x64 bit. This mod contains a lot of functions which you will find useful it also has very zexy look and 99% of stuff in mod you can edit via mod settings it also has Special Settings menu which contains new editable functions. You can also edit mod functions to be activated or deactivated via EliteModSa.ini settings file located in your EliteModSa folder. Every functions usage is explained in the mod menu. ​

You can move menu on your screen with mouse and select items&functions with your mouse pretty cool :3​

/.addm and /.addf system which allows you to add friend&admin so you can easily know who is admin or your friend ​

it doesn't work on all servers you need to be in vehicle and use sync options and you need to have a weapon

Hi, you can disable nitro key via EliteModSa.ini just press ctrl + f and find nitro 

it will be like this key_nitro = np0

key_nitro = &0 (disable key)

just download it from google and install after that restart pc and everything should work fine if not install directx 11 and that will fix problem for sure
