CLEO Release [/.SPEC] Spectate Players

On some miles it stop Spectate. not useful for me  :motherofgod_

Ofcourse you cannot because 1 ) This ./spec is NOT as same as the admin command /spec and 2) It works only for the streamed players within your vicinity because they only share their position data with your client and vice-versa. So no you can't spec like admins do because sa-mp client doesn't have the same privileges as the servers does with commands.
