Trying to download and use the Lager Cleo mod, that makes you look "laggy"

Help, dont see any difference, and it doesnt say "Cheat deactivated" when i'm pressing F2, changed the deactivate key to N, still didnt work.

What should i do?

SampFuncs 2.3 asi loader and all that things...

You have either cleo 3 or cleo 4.2 beta. Uninstall it and install cleo 4.1

Didn't work and i don't know how to uninstall.. I've been using the standalone insallation, (with winrar)Activate. Text is popping up, but deactive is not, and after clicking F2, i cant click f3 more, i dont get "activated" anymore.

That means the cleo itself has a problem inside it's codes and you need to find another .cs file which is well-made. For example i just checked the codes of lag.cs "for 3 seconds" and it doesn't jump to deactivation check, and it has a useless short-circuit in the code flow.

I don't have something called Ped editor but that happened to me once when i wrongly replaced a .txd file with a .dff file. Also perhaps if you have a CLEO_SAVE directory you should delete what's inside.

Everything is right, I didn't replace anything wrong.Also there's nothing in my CLEO_SAVE Directory xD .

Maybe you should find any other scripts similar to lag.cs.

You could try laggermove.cs but that will make you lag like having 15 fps. Nobody will duel you with that much lag.
or
You could try sprunkguardv2.0.cs but that will make you lag like having a dynamic fps like this : ..../----../ (like, first 89, then quickly 26, then quickly 60, and then 25, then quickly 90 etc). People will ask you to deactivate the antivirus updater or to stop the video converter or something.

All i want is something for the ping, so it'll be harder to shoot me..

You can easily increase your ping. All you have to do is to simply download something heavy with a torrent. you will have more ping, and they will have difficulties at finding your hitspot. But be careful, if you increased your ping in any manners, you also will have to lag-shoot from a longer distance than normal.
